DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We ship through USPS and UPS and see typical shipping delivery times in a range of 3 -5 business days.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $150.00 will ship for free via USPS/UPS standard ground shipping.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Tallchief Cigars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Tallchief Cigars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURNS POLICY

Tallchief Cigars Our Return & Refund policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

In the cigar community, it is widely understood that premium cigars are made by hand. Each individual cigar has been rolled and pressed by hand, and it is therefore unreasonable to expect 100% of the cigars one consumes to be completely free of defects or burn issues. In a typical box of premium cigars, there is a chance that one or two cigars may exhibit some small defect in its performance. This is the price of enjoying handmade products, and by purchasing a box of cigars, the buyer is acknowledging that risk, and accepting that burn issues, draw issues, or other performance issues in some small percentage of their premium cigars are not sufficient reason to return product, or to request a refund from Tallchief Cigars.

We will of course take responsibility for any order fulfilled incorrectly. If you believe that your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please contact us immediately at cigars@nativepride.com.

In the event that a return is required, please contact us at cigars@nativepride.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label if it is deemed necessary. In cases where a refund is required, refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. Funds will be returned to your account in accordance with the processing times of your financial institution.

ACCIDENTAL ORDERS

In the event that an order is placed accidentally, you must contact us immediately to prevent the ordered product from shipping. Once the product is dispatched to the shipping carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to Tallchief Cigars, and a refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned product.
